What we’re building at Naked Denver

I co-founded Naked Denver, a publication and software platform covering Denver real estate and development.

What we’re building

Naked Denver brings reporting, project information and neighborhood maps together. Readers can follow individual developments and explore what is changing across the city.

Our Development Dashboard brings together city planning records, including development proposals, site plans and demolition permits. It gives readers another way to explore the projects behind the coverage.

My role

As co-founder and CTO, I build the software behind our reporting, maps and project data. Before moving into technology, I worked in home building and carpentry. That background informs how I approach software about buildings and development.

How we started

I started Naked Denver in 2021 with my best friend from high school, Shaquille Carter, and his wife, Sara. We wanted to understand the Denver real estate market and connect with people working in it during the pandemic.

Shaquille leads the company as president, and Sara leads partnerships. You can meet the team or read Naked Denver.
