How I started Sythe Labs
I learned to program building RuneScape bots on Sythe.org. Years later, that beginning gave my cybersecurity company its name.
I learned to program by building RuneScape bots through Sythe.org. That’s where the name Sythe Labs comes from: S-Y-T-H-E, not “Sith.”
I wanted to make the bots work, so I learned to code. Years later, I named the company after the community where I’d started.
What Sythe Labs does
Sythe Labs provides an outsourced security team for startups and growing businesses.
We handle penetration testing, vulnerability management, monitoring, incident response, and compliance support. That includes finding vulnerabilities, explaining them to the engineers responsible, and helping teams address them.
My role
I co-founded Sythe Labs and run it as CEO.
